Welcome to Nail Emm’ Up! I’m Emma Fennell, your nail artista, now located at Moonstone Suites in Garden City. My space is all about celebrating self-expression, where your nails can be as bold, unique, and unapologetic as you are. I’ve created a vibe where you can feel completely at home while embracing your individuality. Can’t wait to create with you! To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking your appointment. Booking & Deposits • A non-refundable deposit of $15-$20 is required to secure your appointment. This will go toward your total service cost. • Appointments must be booked online through or via direct message if you’re a returning customer. • Please confirm your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a future appointment. • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours) will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay 100% of the service cost depending on price of service. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited. Payment & Pricing • All prices are starting prices and may vary based on design complexity. • Payment is accepted via cash or electronic payment. • Tips are always appreciated but never expected! Nail Prep & Expectations • Please arrive with bare nails unless you have previously booked a soak-off. • If you have existing product from me, please book a removal service to avoid extra charges or appointment delays. • I do not work over other techs’ work unless previously discussed. Design Requests • Custom nail art is my specialty! Please provide inspo pics ahead of time if you have a specific look in mind. • Freestyle designs are encouraged—if you book a freestyle set, I will create something unique based on your style. Refunds & Fixes • I do not offer refunds. If you experience lifting, chipping, or breakage within 7 days, I will fix it free of charge. Anything after that will require a repair fee. • If you are unhappy with your nails, please please PLEASE let me know before leaving the appointment so adjustments can be made. Salon Etiquette • Be mindful of phone calls and loud distractions to maintain a relaxing space. • Children and extra guests are allowed as long as they’re respectful of the environment however my space is intimate and can only accommodate so many people.
